RayLand Baxter – have a seat, warm your hands by the fire, grab a drink and stay for a while...

catch me on facebook or watch more on youtube.
My life seems to travel in large circles.  When I was a kid, I grew up in Old Hickory, TN.  THen I moved away…only to come back to TN.  WHen I was a kid I had a guitar, then it sat under my bed for many years collecting dust…now Im playing again.  When I was a kid I had a rat tail…then I went years without what used to be my lifeline, my indicator of child redneck status.  I have a rat tail again, strong n proud.
I have been taking a break from my blog interaction…holidays…nothing to talk about. Im back now.
Ah, 2010.  Here we go.  What to expect…ah the open-ended questions…I hope to keep doin what I been doin…I dont think the new year will change anything I do…except I might smoke less…that can help me out alot.  I should do that.  Im gonna do it.
I like to coast into the new year.  Im not a fan of the idea that when the clock strikes 12, my fresh stat has begun…I look at the new year like I look at the morning time.  When I wake up, sometimes I drink coffee, and sometimes and dont.  Day by day.  Im not a big planner, nor am I at war with anything I do on a day to day basis (except smoking) so the new year brings a new number, a number that the y2k’ers never thought we would live to see.
I hope you enjoy the picture…and the new year.
Im goin to the zoo today…
until the next time…
